This beautiful home integrates well with the sloped topography of the lot and has a unique entrance, both of which are priorities in mountain home building. This home totals about 2,000 square feet and the interior design maximizes efficiency and ease of use. It features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Some features include a full kitchen with appliances and custom hickory cabinets, a master suite with a double vanity, and a spacious recreational room on the lower level in addition to a unique ski equipment storage area.

This project was a fantastic opportunity for Solid Rock Properties, LLC to show just how much a complete remodel can change a home. We were thrilled with the results at Tyro Court. Going from dim, outdated, and dingy to bright, simple, and modern, this is the definition of a full home makeover. This included an all-new kitchen and bathroom.

In addition to new windows and doors, new floor coverings, and paint, we built a spacious addition in the back of the home. This huge improvement added another bathroom, den, and bedroom. This addition added 380 square feet bringing the home's total to 1,900 square feet.

During this remodel project we completely revamped the existing decking, and by reconfiguring the front elevations of the property we were also able to make the front exterior much more attractive. The sky really is the limit when it comes to what we will do for our customers.

It would difficult to imagine a more stunning transformation than this renovation that Solid Rock Properties, LLC completed on Tyro Lane. This project began with a small, modest home and was reconstructed into one of the most beautiful homes in Wintergreen Resort. 

The large addition wrapped around almost the entirety of the home, and included an entire second floor above the original structure as well.

What began as a humble, 1,500 sq. ft. cabin finished as a 3,700 sq. ft. luxury home with an additional 545 sq. ft. of covered porches and decks. Solid Rock Properties was truly privileged to be a part of the process of bringing the homeowner's incredible vision to reality!

Timbers Condo is the perfect example of how a tasteful remodel can completely transform and open up a small space. By making a few design changes, we were able to take this condo from dark and crowded to simply stunning with an open floor plan that lives beautifully! 

The kitchen was completely remodeled and expanded, wrapping around into the living area to create a seamless flow. The contrasting finishes that the owner chose such as glass tile and barn wood allowed this space to modernize while still maintaining a warm and cozy feel. We removed a small closet and installed an open coat rack and bench directly inside the front door that is both functional and beautiful. 

This home originally had an open loft area that could not be closed off for privacy or safety. The owner received inspiration for the barn doors from a local winery, and we created these custom pieces to match his dream, and allow for the flexibility of an open or closed loft. The staircase underwent a modern makeover that opened up the space visually as well. Both bathrooms also received impressive updates such as walk in steam showers and tile floors.
